Laizhou Weichen Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was established in January 2011. We specialize in manufacturing brake discs and brake drums with a range of over 5,000 different references. These references cover main car models in European market, North American market, Australian market and Asian market. Annual production capacity of Weichen is 7,000,000 pieces.
Premium products supplied to customers come from Weichen's advanced production equipment, strict incoming inspection and process control processes. The SINTO automatic production lines from Japan were used in foundry, which realize the automation of the whole foundry processes from core making, sand treatment, molding, pouring to casting cleaning. Automatic machining units specialized for brake discs and brake drums are used in machining process, which ensure the consistency in production.
Weichen has successfully passed IATF16949 International Automotive Industry Quality System certification, ISO14001 Environmental Management System certification and ISO45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certification. So far, over 2000 European references have passed ECE R90 product test and obtained the ECE R90 certificate.
